Because the best part of a good story is not knowing what comes next. 

Plot Twist Capsules are little mystery pulls packed with bookish finds, self-care treats, beauty goodies, Salt & Spine favorites, and other things we find out in the wild and think are too good not to include.

We don’t fill these with the same generic wholesale prizes over and over. The mix is always changing, so what you see in one Plot Twist video may disappear and something completely different may show up next.

How it works

Choose how many Plot Twist Capsules you want.

When we pack your order, we shuffle the capsules and draw yours at random. Each capsule reveals the surprise item you’ll receive.

Some pulls are small and fun. Some are full-size Salt & Spine products or nicer self-care finds.

And then there are the ones you really want to see us pull…

Hidden among the regular Plot Twists are special pulls featuring premium beauty, luxe self-care, higher-value finds, and other seriously good surprises.

Think: the kind of pull that makes us stop filming and go, “OH, you got a GOOD one.”

Want to avoid something?

The surprise stays a surprise, but we don’t want to send you something you absolutely won’t use.

Add a note to your order at checkout with any strong preferences or things you’d like us to avoid, for example:

• no earrings
• no lip products
• avoid lavender
• love fantasy / romance
• sensitive skin

We’ll do our best to honor preferences while keeping the draw fun and random.

The important part

Every Plot Twist is different.

The prize mix changes constantly. Some items are Salt & Spine products, some are bookish finds, some are beauty or self-care treats, and some are things we stumble across in stores and immediately decide belong in the Plot Twist bowl.

So if you saw someone pull something you love… there may not be another.

Here’s the extra fun part: Plot Twist draws are currently filmed and posted on our social media at no additional charge.

That means you can watch us shuffle the capsules, draw your Plot Twists, and reveal exactly what you got before your package even arrives. 

Want to keep the surprise until delivery? Just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll keep your reveal under wraps.

Video reveals are complimentary for now and may become a paid add-on in the future.

So yes, right now you’re basically getting your own personal unboxing video for free. We reserve the right to eventually realize this is work. 😂
